AREA: 14 Hectares
BUDGET: 1,400 M$
This project is being developed in Singapore as part of a pioneering initiative that integrates wastewater treatment with solid waste management, aiming to maximize operational efficiency and environmental sustainability.
The plant is designed to treat urban wastewater, generating reusable water and biogas. This biogas is used as a renewable energy source for electricity production, contributing to the energy self-sufficiency of the complex. At the same time, solid waste treatment enables the production of fertilizers and other useful by-products, promoting a circular economy.
The integration of both systems into a single facility allows for resource optimization, carbon footprint reduction, and minimal environmental impact, positioning the project as a benchmark in green and resilient infrastructure.
ACTIVITIES
ACTIVITIES
- We developed detailed conceptual models for the support buildings housing the water tanks. This process included the creation of preliminary designs that optimize space and functionality, ensuring that all operational and maintenance needs are efficiently met.
- We carried out full architectural modeling of all infrastructures, including pumping stations and water treatment plants. This work ranged from creating detailed drawings to integrating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring that each component meets quality and safety standards.
- We designed and developed the concept and architectural project for the office building. This process included space planning, selection of sustainable materials, and incorporation of smart technologies to create an efficient and comfortable working environment.
- We generated 3D visualizations and virtual reality walkthroughs to identify potential clashes and conflicts in the design. These tools were also used for interactive presentations with the client, facilitating project understanding and allowing real-time adjustments.
- We coordinated and managed over 10,000 hours of team work, ensuring that all tasks were completed within the established deadlines and met quality standards. This involved daily supervision, resource allocation, and resolution of operational issues.
- We implemented training programs for new employees, ensuring their quick integration into the team and familiarization with project processes and tools. This effort included training sessions, mentoring, and continuous follow-up to ensure a high level of competence and team cohesion.
