Job Title: BIM Specialist – Graduate or Junior Level
Location: Remote (Spain or Poland)
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain geometrical and alphanumerical data in IFC models.
- Support the BIM Lead in managing federated models and integrating design and site updates.
- Perform quality checks on IFC models to ensure compliance with client and project standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, site managers, and subcontractors in a multidisciplinary, international team.
- Assist in the digital coordination and documentation of construction processes.
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from both:
- Graduates: Recently completed a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong interest in BIM and digital construction.
- Junior Professionals: Up to 3 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling, coordination, or digital workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Proficiency in 3D modeling tools; experience with Blender is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with design software such as Revit and/or SketchUp is considered an asset.
- Basic understanding of OpenBIM standards (e.g., IFC, BCF, IDS) is advantageous.
- Competence in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English for effective communication in an international setting.
