The industrial filtration plant project aimed to improve the quality of water used in industrial processes. The plant included several filtration stages, starting with a pretreatment system that removed large particles and sediments. Next, sand and activated carbon filters were implemented to eliminate finer impurities and organic contaminants.

The plant also featured a membrane filtration system, such as reverse osmosis, which removed dissolved salts and other microscopic pollutants. Additionally, disinfection equipment like UV lamps and chlorination systems were installed to ensure the elimination of pathogenic microorganisms.

The design included real-time monitoring and control systems to ensure the efficiency and quality of the filtration process. This project not only improved water quality but also contributed to the sustainability and operational efficiency of the industry.

ACTIVITIES

ACTIVITIES

  • Developed preliminary 3D models to visualize and evaluate initial design ideas. Coordinated with design teams to ensure proposals were viable and aligned with project objectives.
  • Refined 3D models by incorporating additional details and ensuring integration across all disciplines. Generated technical documentation necessary for permits and approvals.
  • Created detailed and accurate models including all construction elements. Coordinated information among different teams to ensure consistency and precision in construction documentation.
  • Produced realistic visualizations and animations of the project for presentations and reviews. These visualizations helped clients and stakeholders better understand the design and make informed decisions..
